You will be able to see the following statuses as to your orders:


- We've received your order:

We will begin processing your order soon.

- Processing order :

We're processing your order as you read this.

- But it some cases, processing may be delayed for any of the following reasons (you will receive an email from us):

Awaiting payment: This is for orders paid by offline bank transfer. We are waiting for receipt of payment. It can sometimes take a few days. Once we have this, then we can start processing your order.
Awaiting copy of your ID (passport or ID card): In order to validate your order and to be able to deliver it in the estimated time, we ask you to send us a copy of an identification document (ID card or Passport). The document should show clearly the name and surname of the card holder.
Awaiting stock: We currently do not physically have the item(s) you have ordered available in our warehouse to fulfill your order. But the item(s) is/are available(s) from one of our key suppliers, the expected delivery time to our warehouse will be listed in "days" (i.e. 5 days)* or in "date" (i.e. 14/01/2012).

- Preparing for shipment:

We're currently preparing your order in our warehouse and, as a result, are unable to modify it at this point. That means, we received correctly your payment (in case of bank transfer payment), we received the copy of your ID (if we asked for it), and all items are physically available in our warehouse.

- Prepared and ready for shipment:

Your order is now prepared.

- Invoiced and shipped:

Your item has been shipped. We will email you a Shipment Notification with complete order details once your item leaves our warehouse. And also your carrier tracking number will be updated in the carrier's website within 24 hours.

- Invoiced and awaiting pickup by carrier:

Your items are ready for dispatch from our warehouse; we are just waiting for carrier to pick up your order.

- Cancelled:

We're sorry but we had to cancel some or all of your order. This could be for a number of reasons. For more information, please contact our customer service.

- Awaiting stock:

We currently do not physically have the item(s) you have ordered available in our warehouse to fulfill your order. But the item(s) is/are available(s) from one of our key suppliers, the expected delivery time to our warehouse will be listed in "days" (i.e. 5 days)* or in "date" (i.e. 14/01/2012).

- On hold / awaiting copy of your ID (passport or ID card) :

- We will contact you by email or phone for the following reasons:

* We may request that you provide us with certain additional information like copy of your ID to process your order.
* We must make changes to the order (eg, delays on delivery of items not in stock, product updates, etc...).
* We found a problem during delivery.
