I wanted something for touring on a Honda Cub C90, so needed a decent size. Liked the rack option on the Cargo. Looks fine on both the C90 and my Honda PCX 125. Sturdy construction with all fittings included. The fittings enabled me to fit the mounting plate on to the tubular rack of the C90. Have purchased an additional mounting plate for the Honda PCX so the top box is quickly interchangeable

really impressed with how fast it arrived here in new zealand. brought the back rest to attach to it, so just need to drill a couple of holes in it for that. really like how there are indentations for where the holes go for that. i just hope it stays waterproof and dry after that. thank you again for the prompt ,service and quick shipment.

I would like to know if it comes with the mounting kit with screws and the grill into which the trunk is inserted.

The unit ships with a mounting plate that can screw on or have the round bar bolts that should fit most bikes. This is a hard plastic mounting plate and the bots and screws come with the unit. This it the bolts that can be used to mount it, but it depends on what your bike has and if it can mount to that. Some bikes might need a support for the plate to mount to, best to check that out on SHAD.

Hi, not sure what you mean. The SH40 fits on a plate which comes with the box. However, if it's a spare one of these you need they can be purchased separately at MotardInn. If you mean the rack that the top plate fits on, this is the bike specific rack that fits on your bike (YAMAHA XT 660 R/X 2006) https://www.tradeinn.com/motardinn/en/shad-top-master-rear-fitting-yamaha-xt660-r-x/136084371/p The Shad top plate comes with numerous holes that fits virtually any rack on the market, including the old fashioned tubular steel ones. Can be mounted on all motorbikes with luggage trays. Mounting equipment is included. I mounted it on the Voge 500ds, it fit perfectly. Works very well and easy to put on and take off. I am incredibly satisfied with Shad´s products.

Shad SH40 Cargo Topcase: According to the description, the adapter plate is included. It is unclear whether the assembly set (screws, etc.) for mounting on a luggage rack is also included. Can you say this?

You have to get the metal plate where the retaining plate is mounted from the manufacturer of your machine or buy it specifically for the vehicle.
