Does this Ackrapovic exhaust assembly come with the oxygen sensor cable extension/length? With the original, it does not reach its connection since the threaded cap where the sensor is housed in this exhaust is further away from the connection area compared to the stock one. Yes. This item does come with the extension cable with this full system. I recently purchased mine and installed it.

No system will not work. The Akrapovic Racing Line ( Carbon ) S-Y9R14-APC is the correct system for the 2021-2022 Tracer 9GT or the Racing Line Titanium S-Y9R13-HAPT system with catalytic converter.
