RX-7V Racing Ventilation:
- Racers love the RX-7V’s ability to keep them cool, no matter how hot the laps get. So we had to make sure that the RX-7V Racing’s aero-kit had zero impact on the twin diffusers’ induction efficiency. So it hasn’t. Like the RX-7V the Air Channel System flows air from the eye ports to the side ducts, while the chin cover blocks air intrusion and draws from the mouth area.

- Peripherally Belted Structural Net Composite Arai´s proprietary (super fibre belt) Peripheral Belt, borrowed from our F-1 technology, maximizes shell strength and flexibility while maintaining low weight. Positioned across the top of the eye port, this band allows the use of a thinner EPS liner which greatly enhances the upward field of view – especially appreciated in a full racing tuck! The Structural Net Composite adds a physical bond to the resin bond of the many layers of fibres and reinforcing materials within the shell. The latest “Z-Mixture” resins increases material adhesion requiring less resin for a stronger bond between materials for a thinner and lighter shell.

Ventilation: Free Flow System (FFS):
- Creates airflow under the helmet that reduces wind noise and turbulence while increasing the exhaust of hot air.

Ventilation: Eyeport Airchannel:
- Enhanced air exhaust from the eye port area, pulled through dedicated air channel to side ducts, improving efficiency and reducing noise.

Front Ventilation: Center top vent - intake:
- The new Top Vent provides 11% more airflow than the previous Vent. The new bigger switch makes opening and closing easier. The new Top Vent has three positions; closed, half open and fully open to adjust the airflow and prevent water intrusion when fully closed.

- The new diffusers are 20mm longer and straightened for improved aerodynamics, working together with the Air Wing to improve stability. Compared to the previous diffusers, the efficiency of the intake scoops of the new diffusers has increased by 19%. The new air intake vents not only have more adjustability with three positions; closed, half open and fully open but also help to improve sealing that decreases wind noise and water intrusion.

- Fresh air can enter directly to the forehead area without the need for holes in this critical area of the shell and impact absorbing liner. For specific models the ventilation is extended to the temple area.

Front Ventilation: Three position chin vent:
- Three-position chin vent helps in demisting the visor and offering fresh, cool air to the rider.

Rear Ventilation: Neck exhaust vent:
- To enhance hot-air extraction from the interior. Increases the ventilation effect at the lower part of the helmet.
