I already used both sensors. The swim is not easy to put on nor very comfortable but works perfectly. The HRM tri is excellent. Very comfortable and very easy to readjust. Superior to conventional Garmin tapes. Very accurate data.

Bought the combo HRM Tri and Swim. Tested the HRM Swim several times and love it so much. haven't got the opportunity to test the Tri HRM just yet but soon. I found that the extra strap parts to give some flexibility to the length of the main strap is very useful. Especially for the HRM swim's strap (blue in colour) as the main strap is less stretchable than the ordinary strap.

The tri band also serves to measure Water FC ??? Or just swim band?
Yes, the tri version is swim compatible. The main difference is the strap. Swim version is silicone fabric to keep the belt on site while you are swimming without trisuit or neoprene, and Tri version is textile fabric. Regards
