I ordered a size 2XL / 63-64. The measure might throw a little. Do not bother to change, too much trouble. Maybe 3XL size cheek pads will help. If somewhere I find mere cheek pads. Otherwise a comfortable helmet on the head, good visibility and above all surprisingly light. No neck strain.
