I definitely recommend it, why? I have been using for over 1 year now. certainly all winter long in my winter coat. I ride my scooter from home to work every day. Takes 1 hour there and 1 hour back. It heats up very quickly and gives enough heat. Battery life is also fine, if you use the medium mode you can easily use it for more than 2 - 3 hours.
