About this Product
During sport you lose both water and electrolytes through sweat. Your body also needs electrolytes and carbohydrates in order to enhance water absorption. Additionally you should top up your energy levels before you start and refuel during sport with up to 90g carbohydrates per hour depending on the intensity and duration.
ISOACTIVE – Isotonic Sports Drink is designed for training and exercise as it enhances your water absorption leaving you refreshed. It provides you 3 advantages in one product: fluid, electrolytes and carbohydrates.
- Scientifically developed C2MAX Dual Source Carb Mix contain a 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose sources
- Provides the body with 5 ELECTROLYTES (sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium) in the ratio lost through sweat.
Ingredients
Dextrose, maltodextrin, fructose, minerals (sodium citrates, sodium chloride, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonates), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavourings, beetroot juice powder. May contain traces of soybeans and milk.
SUGGESTED USAGE
- Mixing instruction: Dissolve 33g (approx. 3 tablespoons) in 500ml water
General hydration strategy for activities > 60mins:
- Drink approx. 200 - 300ml in the hour before sport
- Drink 150 - 200ml every 15mins during sport
- ISOACTIVE also contributes to your carbohydrate needs with 29g per bottle. During sport you should consume up to 90g carbohydrates per hour depending on the intensity and duration.

The lid is made of fragile plastic, this is probably why it was damaged when I received the parcel. But the piece of paper covering a jar was intact. The powder is very good, I like it's taste.

Re purchase , been using these isotonic drink for few years for my runs and cycling. I lived in a hot and humid Singapore, so these are definitely helping . It is powder, easy to pack Highly recommended! But careful to keep powder dry - especially when scopping them, dont drop ,any water or sweat into it —

I used to use Powerbar products(last 10 years) up until local availability dried up.I was pleased to see it was available through Bikeinn. From all the flavors they have I like this one the best. Ingredients are good, effect is good and it is a good addition to most of my rides. If I had to be nitpicky I'd say that the last few portions clump up a little since the moisture reacts with the sugar in it but that's only the case if you leave it on the counter all the time. Just shake it up a little. If you stuff it away in a dark and dry place it should be good. Favorite flavor, buying this again and again.

There may be other isotonics that are better nutritionally or with less sugar, etc ... BUT I am doing great. Good flavor, it dissolves quickly even in cold water (it must be recognized that when cold it makes small lumps that with the rattle of the bike they dissolve), it does not turn my stomach ... For me, very good. Recommendable.
