Product description Schuberth C3/S2 Pinlock
Our top of the line fog resistant solution for professionals, developed to eliminate fogging in demanding weather conditions. The Pinlock 70 creates a double shield system through a silicon seal between the helmet face shield and Pinlock insert lens, which makes up a double glass type of solution that prevents fogging. The insert is made of a moisture absorbing plastic and therefore, the surface basically dry when used. This air-tight pocket ensures that the difference in temperature becomes significantly lowered. The Pinlock insert absorbs moisture on the inside and offers you continuous clear visibility. The Pinlock 70 insert lens is commonly used by professional riders competing in premier racing series such as MotoGP, World Superbike Championship (WSBK), Isle Of Man TT and more! The lens is offered in a custom fit size that can be found in top range helmets on the market.

This makes all the difference when riding. The helmet getting fogged is just the worst thing when riding year round. It fits perfectly in the helmet (I think some of the other reviews bought the wrong size. There are two sizes depending on the size of your helmet) and does the job as it says! It was delivered quickly and safely (I was worried it might get bent).

It does not fit well the first time the holes are more out of the original. On the other hand, I keep a drop of water inside, remove it with a blotting paper and it remains marked, it seems to me a too delicate Pilock ..., we'll see how long it lasts ...

It didn't fit the first time, I had to file down to bring the hole into place to make it fit, it was too far out, I would have liked it to snap into place. This Friday I will release it, they have spoken wonders to me.

Pinlock lens originally included in the E1 is out of date, so I bought it as a replacement. Unlike the included product, the Pinlock 70 logo is printed. It was more flexible and easier to install than the included product. It is unknown whether the material has changed due to the presence or absence of the logo. The product was good and the delivery time was quick, so I am very satisfied.
