The order arrived in good condition. Comes with everything well explained and easy to assemble. After fitting the helmet I was very impressed with the sound quality.

If you buy from Japan, it will be a parallel import, so you can not receive Japanese support, but by updating from the Sena official website, you could use it in Japanese. The sound quality was excellent, and I was able to enjoy music and navigation without problems when touring up to 60 km or riding in the city. Even if you include the shipping fee, you can buy it at less than half the price of domestic mail order, so I think it is recommended.
