Hello, For everyday use, can only one bag be assembled individually, or are both bags linked? Thank you

They are interconnected with two felt tapes on top of the bike (under the seat, a tape in my case) and a rear tape, next to the license plate. It won´t be impossible to walk with just one, but you´ll have to improvise a little to get it securely attached.

Can bags can be attached by either velcro or the metal side attachments? Can it be fitted with the velcro alone and does it come with the velcro?
