Can you download maps of USA, Asia and Europe? Or is it only for one continent?

As far as I´m aware, the maps in that TOMTOM gps device are only for Europe and Great Britain. I don´t think it covers Asia, but it definitely doesn´t include Canada, Mexico, and the U.S.A.. When I realised that I couldn´t change the maps, I considered returning it, but I believe that some extra parts from my original TOMTOM device (bought many years ago) may have gotten mixed in. I doubt that they would be of any use with that device, but I was worried that the seller would think I had tampered with the device. I did try entering my name and address, but was unable to continue beyond that. I would gladly return the device if you have a buyer that´s interested in it, although I´m not sure of the procedure and not sure of the proper address to send it to. If you have that information available, (and an estimate of the cost), I would be glad to return it. I would love to tour Europe and Great Britain, too, but it´s a little late in my life, and likely unaffordable for me too. Best regards, Wayne Toth
