Is the yellow color fluorine yellow or is it normal yellow?

I would like to know if the yellow color is fluorine, in the video another color appears than in the photos.

I like my helmet, i wear glasses and its compatible, however its a bit noisy (in this price point we cannot ask for more). My helmet has this color, green, and does not "glow" at night.
