The perfect shipment fulfilling the delivery on time. As for the helmet, I had to return it since it had several marks of deterioration and a small crack on the inside, surely someone bought it and did not treat it very well before returning it. When I requested the return I sent the photos and they answered me saying that the return will be processed at no cost. They have been fast and serious as it should be, it is not the first thing I buy and they have always, always, been diligent. I understand that this helmet may have escaped them but it has not erased my confidence in them. The helmet is beautiful, quality 10, its shell is spectacular with an impressive finish, its brightness and color. The interior with good quality material although this is where I would give it a 6...
