Dainese Tempest 3 D-Dry trousers, consistent size as with other Dainese clothing tested. The trousers are comfortable, quite padded and comfortable, with removable thermal padding and a fixed D-Dry membrane with the external fabric. It also features 2 air intakes that can be opened via zips on the legs. Bottom leg closure with both Zip and Velcro, even if the Velcro doesn't have much adjustment "travel", in my opinion it is better to wear it over the boot than inside. Plus, which I didn't have on other old trousers, are the soft plastic knee-shin guards inserted in a special pocket, and above all adjustable in 3 height positions, the original one tended to be too high (once the trousers were worn in the motorcycle position, the protection slipped from tibia-knee only on the knee), the intermediate position was the most suitable for me (the lower one was uncomfortable even with straight trousers). At the time of writing, I still have to test it properly on the bike. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase, which I wanted to combine with a jacket with removable D-Dry membrane (season from April to September) also from Dainese, which can be combined with a rear zip (sides-back). Taken at a discount on € 160, excellent price.Fairly fast shipping and delivery, from Spain to Italy, tracking could be better

Is this pants come with hip protectors? If not, which one will suitable for this pants? Thanks

Hi, yes these do have a set of Dainese hip protectors. They are removable for those that don’t want them or the extra bulk. I have found them to be very comfortable and not overly bulky on the hips.
