Can the upper crash bars be attached without the lower crash bars?

The lower one can be assembled without the upper one. But not the other way around.
Regarding the coupling of the upper hepco-becker fenders to the lower ones of the same brand.

Good afternoon, I have just received the hepco-becker upper crash bars for the Honda X-ADV 750cc. Now I plan to buy the lower ones as well, only that I have a question when it comes to coupling. I see that the top mounting, upper, there is no problem, long through bolt and attached to the chassis with the lower ones, but the second mounting, the lower one, is attached internally with a small screw, just at the height of the curve of the lower defense. MY QUESTION ; If I buy the lower fender from Hepco-Becker with code 750 21 5019531 00 01, I understand that, at that height of the lower grip, it will have some type of thread integrated into the fender to grip, through the internal screw, the upper fender to the lower one, right? Another question; I have the X-ADV of 2023, and the last reference that you present is that of 2021, I understand that it brings the same catches, right?...... I am very grateful in advance, greetings.-
