Despite beig more expensive than the same product manufactured for other brands, it is essencial when temperature drops or when it rains.
From my experience, it works 100%. I never had a foggy visor with an installed pinlock.
I ordered a new pinlock after 3 years of riding with the original, and the reason I´m changing is due to the helmet gasket around the visor that started to scratch the one I had from the inside, but that´s an issue with the helmet, not the pinlock itself.
