Hi, unfortunately you can not. This piece is designed to fit these Honda cr250-125. From front to back it won’t fit. I accidentally bought a crf250-450 covers for my cr250, thinking it was the restyle kit but it was not. I don’t think you can add 2023 cover on 2009 as there was multiple change on the bike throughout the years..

Can´t work on crf 2009. Only works on crf 2002 to 2006
