Is the “connecting pipe” included in the offer?

Hello, I also ordered the REMUS for my BMW RnineT Urban GS and unfortunately found that only the exhaust muffler was delivered. Without the connecting tube and the 2 springs. The exhaust bracket is also not included and would have to be ordered separately. Because this was not clear from the item description, I sent the exhaust back. Luckily, this went smoothly and my expenses were fully reimbursed.
