good morning, having to buy the jacket in question, I would like to know if it is better to take a size up or down, I also saw the measurements indicated in centimeters with 2 values 148/155 e.g. How should I interpret it? Greetings

I have quite a large build so had to size up from the first one I bought. So in short I would size up.
