With this easy to use and accessible unit, you get High Definition in-helmet speakers, High Definition two-way intercom, and integrated LCD screen; all the features you need at an amazing value. The 5S with Bluetooth® 5 keeps you connected to your riding companion or passenger with HD Sound quality, music sharing, and audio equalizer profiles built right in. REDESIGNED HD SPEAKERS FOR AN INSPIRED LISTENING EXPERIENCE
The newly redesigned in-helmet speakers are optimized for both physical comfort and impressive audio performance. These particular speakers have been designed with a beveled taper and easily fit in the speaker pockets of a helmet, giving the rider a comfortable experience. But exterior design is nothing if the audio output doesn’t meet expectations. With a marked increase in volume, bass boost, and clarity, these all-new HD speakers not only meet expectations but shatter them! Communicating on crystal-clear HD two-way Bluetooth intercom has never sounded so good.
EASY SETUP AND OPERATION
The LCD screen enables you to quickly verify your connections and settings before you even put your helmet on. Conversely, manage device functions hands-free while riding using the voice commands supported across 8 languages. And the glove-friendly Jog Dial is perfect for changing volume or answering your phone calls while on the go. You can also take advantage of the Sena Utility app on your smartphone to configure your 5S Bluetooth headset the way you want at the touch of a button. The Utility App also gives access to four EQ presets of bass boost, balance, mid boost, or treble boost; listen to your beats how you want to!

The product arrived well, in its box, it is new and it comes sealed and it arrived within the scheduled time. I have been using it for three months and it has worked quite well for me, I only have two buts: 1. At speeds above 85 km/h, the volume is deficient; 2. In the description it says that it has AM/FM radio but it doesn't, I set out to search and I found that there are two versions of the Sena 5S, unfortunately this is the one that doesn't have a radio :(

In terms of service and shipping speed, everything is correct and fast 24 hours. The right price. As for the Intercom, it cannot be connected with another generic intercom. The aspect is good, I have not been able to use it yet to comment more on it. If you cannot connect with other intercoms, I think they should warn you or indicate with which brands, protocols, etc. are compatible, since an intercom that does not connect with others is useless. I will see if it is possible to return it. As for the operation, I can say that it turns on very quickly, the sound quality is good and the volume is not enough for more than 100-110km / h to listen to music, I understand that talking will be less demanding. It has to be updated and with an application you configure it. It is mandatory to study the instructions.

I give it 5 stars for two reasons, the product that is of excellent quality and the service that Motardinn provided was excellent. I recommend it. I brought it by DHL because of the trust issue since here in Ecuador the public mail service is not very secure. It costs a little more but delivery is guaranteed.

Overall this is a super high end quality product. Mounting options include adhesive pads and a removable clip that is tightened by screws - both really solid options. Speakers are extremely slim and don't bother while also providing a good audio quality - at higher volume there is noticeable static in the background but not too much. Audio quality is good - noise canceling on the mic could be improved. Menu takes so time getting accustomed to, but once learned is super easy to use. In conclusion there are a few minor tweaks that would make this a perfect product, but even so, it still is a 5/5 start one.
