The TR40 adventure saddle bags are designed in Barcelona and offer a capacity of 32 litres and up to 10 kg of load each one.
The TR40 adventure saddlebags highlight for its “Double Locking System” (patent pending) which locks the bag to the 4P System fitting and prevents, at same time, the access to the inside of the bag.
Made from a high abrasion resistant material, compliant with REACH and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and resists to 1.500 hours of UV exposure.
It has reinforced stitches and base.
The combination of the roll closure of the outer and inner bags ensures waterproofness.
The keys and lock cylinder of the TR40 are the latest premium version from SHAD, with a system that reduces the chance of theft.
And a cover that stops dust from entering.
In addition to ensuring a sportive off-road riding, thanks to its low weight and its perfectly integration with SHAD 4P System fitting, the TR40 saddlebags offer a plus of functionality with its 8 reinforced tiedown spots (per bag) which allow to attach extra accessories.
The TR40 include a bottle harness and exterior waterproof pouch that can be installed in any of the MOLLE system.The set of saddle bags has 6 DURAFLEX cambuckles to adjust the bag to the size of the load, increasing driving stability.
In addition, all strap ends have closures to prevent flapping and loose ends.
It has also reflective details to improve visibility and padded carrying handles.

I like the design and materials quality. I don´t like the locking buckles being sewed very low on the opossite side of the bags preventing you to put some actual volume inside. While the bags can still take the volume easily, buckles just won´t let you close the bag, just a little bit longer straps would make a huge difference. Also a third lock should be a matter of course, now I have to order a whole new set and replace all. That´s just annoying.

Hi I was wonder if you have sidemounts for these specific bags for the Suzuki DL 1000 from 2014? Because the "pair" that is recommended by auto seems only to be for "hard cases"

I thought of buying this product for my bike but.. i know that my bike has no Shad original brackets. Is it possible to customize it?

I guess you could, very similar to the BMW brackets only smaller. For the cost, why bother. Just buy the right brackets and you will never have a problem. I really luv my bags.

Hello! Do you mean regular bike or MC? SHAD sells mounts (frames) for several different MC models that fit perfectly with the bags. If you have a normal bicycle and are a bit handy, you can easily fix the frames with a pipe stand that you buy at Jula or Biltema.
