Came in good time and well packaged, Fitted perfectly to my bike. Has instructions - only issue was the sticky protective tape which I had to presume was to shield the plastic fairings from contact with the underside of the new rails - Could do with an improvement on that factor both in explanation and quality of tape - Other than that very pleased.

I was relieved to know the process from ordering to delivery through the smartphone app. Installation of the product was completed in about 1 hour, and the top case was successfully installed. The finished product is good and there is no discomfort at all.

It was my first overseas order, but it arrived about 3 weeks after my order. I was looking forward to tracking the package, but it arrived through customs within 1 week to 10 days after shipping overseas. However, I haven't received the SHAD case I ordered at the same time. It was a simultaneous order, but the packaging seems to be different, it seems that I have not passed customs yet. I am waiting patiently.

I have had this unit for approx 14 months works extremely well on my BMW c400 GT I would highly recommend it . Much better value and larger than the genuine BMW top box !
