Hi, the Öhlins STX 46 Street YA 419 has a fixed spring rate / weight rating indicated on its description (Spring 01092-41). Since the spring included in this kit is fixed and couldn´t be changed, it would be best to read first to check the appropriate spring rate for your weight. The 01092-41 (115 N/mm) for rider (plus passenger) is rated for 120 up to 160Kg. The compression settings cannot be adjusted, however, the preload and rebound is adjustable for proper sag settings and your riding comfort. In my experience, the rear tail of my 2019´ MT-07 raised up a little bit when changing from stock to Ohlins YA-419, so i guess that the rear height can be adjusted to a certain portion only. You should also consider installing an adjustable street cartridge kit (Andreani or Ohlins) to replace the stock front suspension to compliment the change in the rear suspension. I am 85kg in weight and probably having an additional +15kg when in full gears (leathers and racing boots). I run a front Andreani Street Cartridge (90kg rated spring) with Adjustable preload, compression and rebound settings, and Öhlins STX 46 Street YA 419 Shock. With proper setting of the sag and rebound for both front and rear suspensions, the MT-07 would really feel like a different bike. The switch to this suspension has a day and night difference in feel and handling compared to the stock suspension and it will give you more safety and confidence on the road.
