AGV Nピンロック Pista GP/Corsa GT/Veloce

THE RACING SOUL OF AGV ADAPTED TO TOURING. THIS IS GT VELOCE. With the same shell and main features as the Pista GP and Corsa model, this new full-face AGV touring model guarantees absolute performance in terms of safety, lightness, aerodynamics, and ventilation. The look is now less aggressive due to the absence of the rear spoiler. The densities of the inner linings have been conceived for comfortable fit, suitable for sport-touring use. All this makes GT-Veloce the perfect helmet for motorbike tourists covering any distance under any weather conditions, who also want a sporty and captivating Racing style product. GT Veloce is compatible with AGVisor*, the innovative visor featuring LCD technology that with a simple “click” turns the visor from clear to dark in less than a second, to protect the rider or passenger from the rays of the sun. AGVisor also has an anti-fog function.


Features:

SHELL:
- The external shell consists SSL layers (aramid and carbon fibre), and is available in 4 sizes. The internal EPS are available in 4 sizes. Each size has 5 different densities, to ensure comfort and lightness for every size, whilst preserving the safety standards of the AGV Extreme Standard protocol.

VENTILATION:

- IVS (Integrated Ventilation System) with wide channels hollowed directly in theshell, and holes that direct the air flow to the rider’s head. It consists of 4 front air intakes (3 on the front and 1 on the chin guard), and 2 rear extractors. The air intakes have an open/close mechanism, and their position has been studied and optimised using CFD (flow-dynamic simulation) software, and wind tunnel tests. The total surface of the air intakes is the same as that of Pista GP and Corsa models.

VISOR:
- The RACE 2 visor meets Class 1 optical standards, is free from visual distortion, and has a thickness of up to 3.3 mm for extra face protection It is scratch-resistant, it is treated to prevent fog (4 layers), and guarantees 100% UV-ray protection. Last but not least, it is tear-off film ready. The visual field is increased by 15° on the horizon, and by 8% approximately on the total visual field, when compared with the main competitors. The visor mechanism is made of metal, with rotary opening movement, and its surface is the smallest of its category. It has a quick release system for removal and replacement of the visor in seconds without tools. It also has a front Visor Lock System, which reduces the risk of unwanted opening also in case of accident, with the possibility of
micro-opening of the visor. GT Veloce is ready for use with the new AGVisor with LCD technology.

INNER LININGS:
- The inner layers are the same as those of the Pista GP model, using the “Rabbit” fit customisation system. However, both the look
and the fit have been optimised for a more tourist and comfortable use through a study of the density of the inner liners and the
EPS covering. The breath deflector and the wind throat protection can be removed. The crown pad is made of a breathable, micro-perforated Skin Comfort 3D concave structure that has been shaped from a single piece to match the shape of the head, without stitching in the sensitive areas. Sanitised Shalimar 3D cheek pads with different density foams and built-in nape protector for better comfort and acoustic insulation; customisation of the cheek pad fit is also possible. In addition to the customisation of the fit, there is also the possibility of customising the nape area, thanks to a removable foam insert. All the internal components can be removed and washed.

FUNCTIONALITY / SAFETY:
- The retention system is Double D type. The new GT Veloce is ready for AGVisor and Share GT, the Agv communication system purposely designed for this helmet
